CATERING

We DO NOT have a "Set Catering Menu" for our Catering events because each event is different, we have 9 choices of smoked meats (at different prices per pound) and nine home-made sides.  Rather than offer a two meat/three side or three meat/two side option, etc. You let us know how many people you are wanting to serve and what kind of meats and sides and we WILL make you a specialized pricing for YOUR specific event - and WE WILL BEAT ANY PRICE IN TOWN FOR SAME MEAT/SIDE quote - this is our guarantee!
